This is for Cremation only.
No service or persons in attendance.

Legal Death Certificate
This includes a basic coffin and viewing in business hours 10am-5pm (other times available at an extra cost $250 per hour)
Free transport within 100 kms of Melbourne city centre.
All cremations are done at Ballarat or Geelong Crematorium. Can be done at other crematoriums by request (cost extra $350, )
The Farewell - Chapel Service

This is a cremation Service Package.
This is based on a service in chapel at one of the major cemeteries. Fawkner, Altona, Bunurong, Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo (or other venue within budget). This can include a home service.
Price includes: 1 Hour service time.
Professional Service Fee. Medical Certificates
Legal Death Certificate
Basic coffin and flowers, assistance with visual presentation, order of service (50 booklets printed), memorial book with 20 photos. Celebrant or religious officiator.
